TLC Return Provisions:
These provisions relate to any products purchased at retail pricing from the TLC Company and not products purchased by/from any affiliates, Distributors, VIP’s or Petpro.
TLC will accept for return and refund any products which:
- Are purchased directly from TLC.
- Have no payment balance outstanding.
- Have been issued a Return Authorization Code.
- Are less than sixty days since order date.
- Are the Customer’s most recent order only.
Refunds will be issued:
- Directly to the registered customer who purchased the product.
- In the same form as the original payment was received. Eg. A Visa credit
- Within 15 days of the product being returned to the location specified by TLC upon issuance of the RAC.
All products must be returned to TLC at purchaser’s expense.
